Not that typically nickname for a person, but apparently even tho the nickname itself means an alcoholic east European dad that spends his days in "kafana" drinking "rakija" and beer , my girlfriend was given this nickname because of her surname. That's no fu, she's beautiful

Radul

Radul, it's either a funny old guy from Eastern Europe. There isn't much to be said about him. He drinks his days and nights till he faints. Or it's your girlfriend that was given a funny last name related to her surname. This nickname doesn't fit extremely attractive individuals such as her. (did i mention her smile makes your heart beat really fast while she laughs at your stupid jokes)radul :)
