Kelly Norda Scoring

This scoring system is developed recognizing the brilliance of Kelly Norda as a golfer.
This process was developed for absolute beginners to enjoy their round and measure their progress.
The Kelly Norda scoring system is a system that allows all new players to feel good about their game.

The scoring system starts by giving the new player double par on each hole. The beginner gives themself a point for each shot they are happy with on a hole. They subtract the points for double par and that is their score.
Example: Par 4 - the player starts with an 8
The player is happy with 3 of their shots.
They mark their score as a 5.
This scoring is for absolute beginners. Once they start to score below 100 on a regular basis, they should start using conventional scoring procedures.
