The type of guy who is so desperate for female attention that would do or say anything that he thinks women like but instead get rejection for being such a flatterer. This behavior becomes more obvious when women openly reject, dislike and even are mean to the guy´s flattering or compliments.

That guy seem to like you, but he´s such a simp that makes me nauseated.
