Rodlock
The aching, sore, or strained feeling in the penis after extended or nonstop sex sessions, where even maintaining an erection becomes uncomfortable. Usually caused by overuse of the “rod,” leaving it temporarily “locked up” and in need of rest. This condition can last from a few hours to several days and only gets worse the longer you wait to rest.
