A phrase suggesting Tuesdays are easy unimportant days, unlikely to cause drama or major shifts. Also used as a comeback to reject or shut down the start of drama.
"Stop starting shit. There's no trouble on a Tuesday."
(Meaning, today is NOT my day to deal with that.)
Or..."I don't want to go to work today, but it's ok, but because there's no trouble on a Tuesday.

A defense for criticism accusing one of being sloppy, unattractive, or unprepared. It suggests that the upcoming event or people in it are not worthy of the effort, or outcome is bought and paid for.
"Is that what you are wearing to Thanksgiving dinner? You know my grandma will be there. At least take a shower!"
"Whatever man, I don't dress up for hoes."
