Omegatard (as of currently) is a recently phenomenon of retardation that is rarely seen until the 2020s. It 1ups Fucktard, retard, megatard ect. During the early days of the Internet you've had, fuck tards, retards and megatards, But almost never any omegatards. This word is used when someone act, does, or says something immeasurably retarded.
