Courtophobia 

An abnormal fear of court proceedings, often exhibited by persons accused of embezzling public funds. It mostly manifests as an inability to stand properly, being very likely to lose consciousness, or various forms of severe pains.
Having been diagnosed with chronic courtophobia, the judge allowed Melaye to make use of crutches while the trial lasted.
