A very small or unexistant penis. In other words, Vagina-like.

Person: "Hey, nice Julian you got there!"
Person with a Julian: "Why, thank you!"

Person: "Whoa.. what's that.. thing?!"
Person with a Julian: "Oh that? It's just my Julian. He sometimes likes to look out from his little cave."
