Chi Chi 

A food made in jail from Ramen noodle soup, some type of cheese curls or chips and various sausages or prepared meats. It is usually "cooked" using an insulated type cup or chip bag with foil to heat it.

Man, I'm so hungry for a Chi Chi right now!
