Term used to describe two people, usually girls with completely outlandish behaviour, who still seem to attract boys. Their personality is questionable and even more ridiculous when sober, initiating laughing attacks consisting of high pitched squeals and keeling over in chairs.
Puffnut Larry remained celibate for two days then procreated several other puffnuts. millions and millions!
