The act of negroing is: being extremley loud, dancing like a gorilla, listening to moronic rappers such as "Wiz khalifa" and overall just being a loud negro.
White guy1: wow that guy is just negroing it up.
white guy 2: yeah, look at the way he dances to that negro music. pure negroing.
