coldflutigue

General feeling of unwellness before coming down with a cold, the flu, or general fatigue, but not having a medical diagnosis as to what it may be.

Symptoms include feeling light headed, body aches, lack of energy, headache, sore throat, itchy sinuses, malaise, and a feeling of languor.

Ugh, I feel woozy - my muscles ache, my nose is itchy, and I don't have the energy to get anything done at work, but not feeling sick enough to stay home or call the doctor just yet.

Sounds like coldflutigue, so you should get some rest until you figure out what you are coming down with.
