Narcisscityist 

The religion of Manchester City football fans who vehemently deny any responsibility to follow the rules of modern football. They preach of being the victims of vendetta and ultimately aim to be the sole arbiters of sport and what’s fair.

A Narcisscityist can simply never accept that the rules applied to them too. They believe ultimately the rules must be changed to one’s they like or that suit them.
