Ideopath 

1. A person who is inflexibly ideological, unmoved by any amount of contrary evidence, a pathological ideologue. 2. A person who makes up his mind on issues based on political affiliation instead of evidence.

I don't know if Bush II was an ideopath on the subject of global warming, but he seemed like one when he continued to deny it's existence after his own science advisor took the contrary stand.

Nepocracy 

1. Nepotism plus hypocrisy masquerading as Democracy. 2. Any political system where nearly all politicians are closely related to other politicians by blood or marriage.

The election of Nepocrats in Illinois, such Lisa Madigan, Richard Daley, Todd Stroger, Emil Jones, Jr and Dan Lipinski, to name but a few, makes Illinois a functioning Nepocracy.
