Bipolar Luck

A form of luck in the which the person affected will experience both good luck and bad luck within a short period of time. Usually, it is bad luck followed by sudden good luck, but can be the other way around. The severity of this phenomenon can vary, though it is usually high or low; rarely mild.

Bob: I was walking down the road and stepped in a pile of shit yesterday. However, a $100 bill was lying right next to it!
Dan: Wow Bob, you have some serious Bipolar Luck!
