A No Pass is somebody who when playing basketball passes the ball as little as possible, always shoots outrageous shots, usually misses and then later blames others.
Michael: Hey you wanna play basketball?
Frank: Ya but T.J. is such a No Pass, I hope he isn't on my team.
Frank: Ya but T.J. is such a No Pass, I hope he isn't on my team.
