kekwat 

Initially originated from slang used in transsexual community in Malaysia, The Nyah Slang, now this word has gone mainstream in Malay language.

It means "snobbish" or arrogant. The uses varies, it also can mean' bitchily snobbish'.

Superlative form would be "kekwats" to show extreme snobbishness.
This can be used for both gender.

Aku benci budah baru kat ofis tu, kekwat sungguh!
(I hate the new kids in our office, he is so snobbish!

Eh, Noni, kekwats sekal ko hari ni ek.
