Laugh sex is a fun sexual act (used mostly as foreplay) performed for female satisfaction. The woman must first straddle her partner placing her vagina on her partner’s lower abdomen. In order for laugh sex to work, the woman must humor her partner to the point where he/she cannot help but burst out into laughter.
