When parking in a parking spot that has two rows of cars facing eachother, the one pulls through the first spot, crossing the line and parking in the spot directly across from it.

Mike Ghetto-parked his BMW right as Bill was attempting to park into the same spot, and now his insurance premium has skyrocketed.
