A person who is total chaos. They are funny, witty, energetic, sarcastic and very crazy. They let all their energy out and die laughing every time something slightly funny happens. When they are not full on flooby they use their floobiness in intelligence. These people are extremely intelligent and use their flooby side to their advantage
