Blöver

Blöver is someone or something that is out of place or something strange that does not quite fit in. When you are a Blöver you act weird or do something random, that is “Blövrigt”. When something is uncomfortable in a good or funny way that is something that is Blövrigt.

“Somone does something random, like trying to eat soup with a fork”.
“- What are you doing Blöver?”

Or

“A Cat starts to bark”.
“That is Blövrigt”.
