A blumpkini is the act of peeing and pooping at the same time. Although this most commonly happens on the toilet, you can also perform a blumpkini in bed!
Peter- "Hey Emma, did you do number one or number two in the bathroom?
Emma- "I did both, in the form of a blumpkini!"
Emma- "I did both, in the form of a blumpkini!"
