A PeteTheSpeed is all people who is named either Pete or Peter and fast as light. Only Pete's and Peter's can be a PeteTheSpeed. If you are PeteTheSpeed you are awesome as hell and a cool boi. Be nice to all PeteTheSpeed's or else they will run you down at the speed of light.
