A lumbosacral muscle strain with lumbosacral nerve irritation caused by too much lumbopelvic movement during coitus.

Word origin: jerjer - a slang cebuano word for 'extreme sex' coined from Cebu, Philippines.

Patient: Doc, my low back pain's getting unbearable, it's hard for me to poop. I might have to claim for workman's comp.

Doc: Nah! You're just suffering from jerjeropathy; do some stretches, strengthen your abs, maintain proper body mechanics and get a better cushion so you'll be all set.
