Baby that causes morning sickness and makes his/her mother puke in the early stages of pregnancy due to all those hormonal twisters. It’s used interchangeably and/or instead of motherfucker, simply because you don’t wanna call your little baby that.

I swear the gods, if this motherpuker doesn’t allow me to go to work tomorrow, I’ll be so motherpuking mad.
