Being tortured and/or abruptly raped by some guy with some serious mental disease, e.g. a serial killer or a bored dandy collecting snuff movies. It comes from the underground cult trilogy "August Underground" of the director Fred Vogel.
Sick Guy 1:"hey, have you heard about the serial killer they caught?"
