Scummit

A scummit is an eating/drinking establishment that is named.. The Summit... however, this place is pure scum..hence..the Scummit. Scummit can be used to describe any eating/drinking establishment that does not fulfill the standards of a clean place.

Dude, You wanna eat at Ciolfi's?? that place is a SCUMMIT.
