Cerebral Corgasm 

The orgasmic head rush that you get when you stretch after sitting for long periods of time. May also cause short blindness, and dizziness.

Man 1: Man this lecture went on for ever.
*Man 2 Stretches and slightly twitches*
Man 2: I'd say so, I just had a cerebral corgasm.
