Basically a person or group of people (plural), that love being high can be used as DAN (drunk ass nigga) person who is extremely drunk or enjoys getting drunk more then they should.

High Ass Nigga (HAN)
Drunk Ass Nigga (DAN)

Dude did you see Adrian and Skittle last night those were a couple of HAN's.

Yo Gaby and Tomas were such DAN's last night.
