just the cod

used to describe a situation that is stupid and/or boring (much like a cod).

Guy 1: 'Youtubes april fools this year was just the cod this year'
Guy 2: 'What?'
Guy 1: 'You know...boring, stupid...'

Girl 1: 'She had told me her hair looked amazing...but when I saw it I thought it was just the cod'
