Scroggle

An innocent person who is immature at heart. They need not look very cute BUT there's always something about them that makes you find them cute. They are quite dopey and often somewhat eccentric and socially awkward, but unaware that they are.

She turned round to show him her crotchet cactus, he laughed and thought 'what a scroggle!'
