A (usually male) person who has a paraphilia for wearing, exhibiting and collecting skin tight, stretchy articles of clothing constructed of fabric called Lycra, Spandex or Elastane.
That dude wearing his Spiderman outfit might be lycrasexual, but the guy wearing his Zentai suit surely must be.
