"The alt” is a term developed in discord and by staff, used to define your (or another persons) fucked up sleeping schedule/none existing schedule.
Example
Person 1: Yo, why are you awake man? It’s 5am.
Person 2: I have classes in a couple hours, can’t go to sleep anymore.
Person 1: Damn, you’re pulling The alt again.
Person 1: Yo, why are you awake man? It’s 5am.
