Jacker's Arm 

When one's arm is too sore or in extreme pain due to excessive masturbation. Usually interferes with everyday activities and can take weeks to recover from.

John: Dude I took like three Tylenol pills this morning

Brandon: What do you have the cold?

John: Nah, I got a bad case of the Jacker's Arm.
