Irretic

When an event or situation implies an additional level of meaning or greater significance than it would have without context. The significance of the event is ascribed to a nominal association with a preconceived notion.

When you say something is ironic, this is the word you should be using, you peasant.
A dentist dying of a toothache is NOT ironic. It IS irretic.

Irretically, Donald Trump was fired from the office of the presidency.
