1. a combination of FOOTBALL and RUGBY

2. or simply Just an abrievation of "Fucking Rugby".

Dude 1: "What do you wanna do today?"
Dude 2: "Let's play some fugby!"
Dude 1: "Yeah man, lets fugby it up!"
