HER: No, Millie, I can't go spinning tomorrow, I'm still sore from my surgery.

FRIEND: Surgery?!? You didn't tell me anything was wrong! Are you ok?

HER: I'm fine. I just had a little procedure in my vagarea. Its not worth mentioning.
