1. A verbal outburst showing great excitement and delight for a person, place, or thing beyond what normal words could possibly express. May also be accompanied by a physical gesture or movement.

2. Extreme, overwhelming giddiness.

3. An expression originally used by YouTube member "Dax Flame".

4. Variants: To neesh; the act of neeshing.
