The condition where an ingrown pubic hair turns into a nasty pimple after riding too many hours on a bicyle. Racing with pimple twat is a guaranteed way to end up with saddle sores!
It wasn't too much sex that made Zana uncomfortable on her new bike but instead a raging case of pimple twat..
