An extreme form of endurance gooning in essence of the titular character's multi-year cross-country run in the film Forest Gump. To goon uninterrupted except for essential breaks without ever finishing the deed. The goal is to achieve an elevated and enlightened existence unlike the mindless lull of gooning.
