A rambling or nonsensical speech that makes as much (or as little) sense backwards as it does forwards.
The word is a portmanteau of
Palin, referring to mentally challenged 2008 VP candidate Sarah Palin;
drone as in "to drone on;" and
palindrome, a word that is spelled the same forwards and backwards.
Have you heard Sarah's new speech? It's another Palin-drone.
This PR release is so vague and hard to understand, it qualifies as a Palin-drone.
