A word that either means Ass or Ears, it is said by people who do not have front teeth (teef) and cannot annunciate the words correctly, it is pronounced like Ears without the R.

I have to go home and clean out my Eass so i can hear you better! (Or)

I have to go home and clean my smelly Eass.
