To Zoë-bread someone. Definition: to patiently, meticulously and good-faithly hold a corporation, institution or person to their own rules — documenting everything, doing the research, giving them every opportunity to put things right, then calling it out with rueful sass, receipts and unwavering autistic justice energy when they don’t.

They thought I’d give up after the first generic reply, but I’m going to Zoë-bread them: read every policy, keep every email and politely make them explain why they aren’t following their own rules.
