A sexual act involving extremely-rough ( "brutal") oral sex, involving deep penetration of the throat with much force from the penis, with the specific technique or intent to make the individual receiving such treatment, gag, wretch, and vomit. It commonly occurs when the individual being penetrated is quite well intoxicated, and likely to vomit anyhow. ESP in alleys outside of bars.
