Kaser can commonly refered to as a dickhead and/or troll. This person is typically a cunt for 90% of the time...the 10% is when he is sleeping.

Person 1 - "Hey that guy is a real CUNT"

Person 2 - "Yeah i know, hes a bit of a Kaser...".
