Boasting competitively about how terrible your experience was.

Person A: "Oh man, I drank so much last night"

Person B: "Well I drank so much, I can't remember a thing and I'm pretty sure I threw up on my Mum."

Person A: "Dude, why you have to neg flex right now?"
