An "angry Nick" is a customer support person in any line of business, but particularly computers, who becomes so frustrated with his inability to change end users that he kills a hobo.
Did you hear that the new guy became so frustrated with setting up the internet for the twelve o'clock flasher that he pulled an angry Nick and ended up in a mental institution?
