Slang for "No potatoes".
It really means that. Go check it out if you don't believe me.

Dad: "Tyrone!!"
Tyrone: "What is it da'?"
Dad: "Go get some potatoes downstairs!"
Tyrone: "Np"
Dad: "What did you say to me!?!"
Tyrone: "Geez da', it means 'no potatoes'..."
Dad: "Then go buy them, you lazy son of a b*ch!!!"
