BINO/GINO

BINO = Boyfriend In Name Only: A lesbian's "cover date" when attending a "straight" function.

GINO = Girlfriend In Name Only: A gay's "cover date" when attending a "straight" function.

The sad fact is that many times the GINO or BINO may not know their date is not what s/he appears to be.

Hey, look at that BINO/GINO with Sherry/Tim. I wonder if s/he knows s/he's a totally a lesbo/gay?
