Derived from Eanh, it is a term used in Uganda to reply to statements that are unusually shocking.

Can also be used as a greeting sometimes

Frank says “Birds can fly but flies cannot bird”

Leaky replies with Kyeanh

*Gets a call, say Kyeanh instead of what’s up
